Not affiliated with TikTok

TikStory is an independent tool. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. “TikTok” is a trademark of its respective owner. You remain subject to TikTok’s own terms, community guidelines, and applicable laws when using TikTok.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to access non-public data, accounts, or systems; bypass rate limits; or interfere with the Service or our vendors.
  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm individuals, or to distribute malware or spam.
  • Misrepresent your identity or mislead others about your relationship with TikStory or TikTok.

Public content and intellectual property

Content displayed through the Service originates from publicly available sources and remains the property of creators and TikTok. TikStory does not claim ownership of third-party content. You are responsible for how you use downloaded or previewed material, including rights, licenses, and platform rules.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIKSTORY AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50), IF YOU PAID NOTHING THEN (B) APPLIES ALONE.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify TikStory and its operators against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or others.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction we designate for disputes, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
